Architectural technology, a field more technical than it is artistic, integrates applications of construction and design to solve issues. It is developed creatively constructed buildings through the work of architects, structural engineers, architectural building engineers, and architectural technologists working alongside construction workers and other building professionals during the structural development process.
Playing a vital role in the evolution of architecture over the years, technologies of different times have been reflected in styles of architecture witnessed throughout history. It is often used to identify how far a civilization went by how complex their creations were as well as the remaining physical remnants that reflected development in that era. After the industrial revolution, architecture took a turn and a city could then be identified by its architecture and the expressions it echoed. By the beginning of the 20th century, new building technologies were being created and the possibilities made endless. Architecture technology, simply, became a way of looking into the future.

This advancement of technology means that architecture will no longer be limited by human capabilities.
