Day 1
Day 1 featured the formal Opening Ceremony which was conductedby the Hon Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, Ph.D. He was represented by Hon (Arc) Lanre Okunola, Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Foreign Aids, Loans, and Debt Management.
This was preceded by a Keynote speech by His Excellency, Otunba Femi Pedro, Former Deputy Governor of Lagos State
